We wove through the narrow walkways of Baggon Silang, an impoverished area near our home church, dodging dog poop “bombs,” fluttering laundry lines, and gleeful playing kids- excited chatter buzzing between leaders and visitors. My Dad had just arrived the day before from the US, jet-lagged and sweat dripping off his face, yet flashing his signature smile as he joined us.

The team set up two lively game stations for adults and one for the kids. Filipinos adore games, so it was the perfect, engaging way to share needed food items for over 100 families. Our team heard people’s stories and shared the Gospel. We prayed for almost everyone; not a single person turned us down! What an incredible honor to pour out Christ’s love at Christmas!
